All products sold by The Hot Tub People come complete with the manufacture's warranties. Electrical parts that have been installed are returnable for warrantee repair or replacement only.

Special orders, hot tub covers and some electrical parts are not returnable. Other items have re-stocking fees. Please contact us before you buy, if you have any questions about returning the products you are buying.

To return something, please email us at sales@thehottubpeople.co.uk. Please include your phone number, details of the items you have purchased and the reason you wish to return the item(s). We will tehn authorise the return and explain how and where to post it back to. It is very important you email us before posting items back or additional fees will apply.

We will credit your credit card the instant we receive your package back postage paid. Original postage and packing charges will not be refunded. If you received free postage and packing when you bought the item, we reserve the right to charge the actual postage and packing cost.
