Hot Tub Terms and Conditions
Finance available upon request (subject to status)
- Prior to any installation of hot tub or spa a comprehensive site survey will be carried out by our own staff.
- Extra cost may be occurred should the need for a crane or specialist equipment be required.
- Hot tubs and spas can only be installed on concrete, patio slabs or timber decking base, prepared by other and laid to a uniform and flat level finish. We the hot tub people have the right to suspend the installation of a hot tub should these requirements be unsuitable for the purpose.
- Decking must be constructed to support 150 pounds per square foot (730kg per square metre).
- We recommend a 32amp suitable electricity supply from the main fuse board, RCD protected and controlled by a minimum IP56 or above rotary outdoor isolator to IEC144 protection rating, located at the hot tub base (installed by others). The hot tub people will connect the tub to the isolator at a maximum distance of six metres.
- Installation and commissioning carried out by our own staff and full on site chemical training at time of delivery. Further chemical advice, training and water sample analysis offered to all our hot tub customers as part of our ongoing after sales service and backup facility.
- Our terms of payment are 50% deposit on initial hot tub order (10% with finance option) and the remaining 50% upon day of delivery in clear and present funds. We will not accept any smaller form of deposit upon initial order of the hot tub.
- Special order tubs may be subject to a lead in time of 6-8 weeks from Canada and cannot be ordered until 50% deposit is received.
- Title of goods to remain with vendor until full payment is received and cleared.
