Annual service and maintenance facility

The hot tub people can provide and ongoing annual service on not just the coast spa range but other makes as well, covering all aspects of your hot tub with an onsite maintenance facility to preserve the lifespan of your hot tub.

We believe in protecting your investment and with this service the hot tub people can thoroughly look after your hot tub giving you peace of mind and worry free bathing.

Together with our comprehensive parts and backup facility we also provide a complete water analysis facility for your chemical balance in your hot tub of swimming pool. This computerised service is now available in-house, eliminating the need for water samples to be sent away and providing a very quick analysis result in order to keep your pool/tub fresh and inviting! This service is free to our existing customers.

Service plan

The hot tub people will attend your sited hot tub and drain down the unit ( during office hours Monday to Friday).

We service any pumps and associated plant and check and test all of the operations for efficiency.

All pipe work is full sanitised and flushed through ensuring a clean working system.

The acrylic spa shell is cleaned and silicone polished to help restore it's original sheen and colour.

Filtration and skimmer suctions are cleaned thoroughly to de-grease any contaminants.

Filter and housing fully cleaned and replaced to extend the lifespan of the element (we recommend new filters every 6-8 months, depending on bathing loads) with most filters being held in stock.

Service and jetting arrangements, replace or repair and broken jets should this be necessary.

Clean and sanitise headrests.

Check and test electricity supplies to the tub.

Check and test topside control panels.

Check and test lighting and fibre optics (where fitted) and replace broken light bulbs.

Check all plumbing and isolation valves ensuring watertight connections.

Replace worn/damaged o-rings to pipe fittings.

Test a check venturi air controls to the tub.

Refill and chemically balance water for bathing use.
